Under the Destin Sun is located in beautiful Crystal Beach area along the Emerald Coast!
This beach vacation house has plenty of space to spread out or come together as a family or group.
Located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood - the home is perfect for families, couples, and small groups.
It's less than 1 mile to the Destin Commons where you will find shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, and Whole Foods.
The home is 900 ft to walk the 1 block to the Tarpon Public Beach Access.
Lots of great outdoor space with a large (18'x32'), private, heated, inground pool, firepit, grill, and fenced/private backyard, shaded by the trees.
There are two separate family/living rooms and three balconies. The home's 6 bedrooms have 3 rooms with King Beds, 1 room with a Queen bed, 1 room with single bunk beds, and 1 room with 2 full sized beds.

We offer amenities that make your packing light!
COFFEE MACHINE: one single cup Keurig Machine & One traditional coffee pot with filters
RESTROOMS: each restroom includes hand soap, bath linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 - 3 rolls of toilet paper (is on autoship to the house, please restock as it arrives)
BEDROOMS: bed linens (extra blankets in the closet), TV with access to streaming entertainment (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO, Prime, etc).
BEACH & POOL: beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Often guests leave pool items if in good condition - feel free to check before purchasing more.
KITCHEN: full stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, mixing/serving bowls, pots/pans, baking pans, cookware, blender, hand mixer): often guests leave non-perishable items such as spices or sugar -- feel free to check the home if you are comfortable using these items before purchasing more. There will also be dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets (typically 3 - 5 per stay), paper towels (2 rolls per stay), and trash and recycling bags.
ITEMS FOR THE KIDS: for the little ones, there are 2 pack and plays, booster seat, kids plates/cups/utensils, baby gates for the stairs, bed guard rail, and changing pad. Please clean items after use.
The kitchen has new/updated appliances and there are new/updated stackable washers and dryers (2 sets - located on the top floor and ground floor) for guests use. House is fully stocked, making it easy to arrive and have all you need to vacation and relax!
Shopping is close by and you can even have groceries delivered! Most golf cart companies in the area will deliver the golf cart to the house and it can be waiting upon your arrival!

We truly hope you enjoy Destin as much as we do! The beauty of the Emerald Coast is unlike anywhere else. We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to host families and groups in our home and to share this beautiful area with others while we are away. We truly hope you will make beautiful memories that will last you a lifetime!
We area family of 4, dual-military (Air Force) couple; sometimes we are in the area and other times we are required to travel. We plan to return to this home full-time after we retire. We do manage this home ourselves (with the help of our amazing local support team) so we appreciate any feedback and communication with us as owners.
